The retreat is located at the end of a paved road providing coveted seclusion and privacy with the convenience a 10-minute drive to the restaurants in Maggie Valley. With sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and SUNSETS, Ridgeline retreat offers over 3200 square feet of living space on 2 levels. New exotic solid hard wood floors and SS appliances add to the luxury and comfort of your stay. The retreat sleeps 8 comfortably in 3 bedrooms and a bunk room. Ridgeline also has 3 full bathrooms, a great room, game room, hot tub, 3 large stone fireplaces and 2 expansive porches both the full length of the house. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, multiple large screen HD Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living rooms, spectrum basic Cable, Netflix (provided), FREE Spectrum 1G Internet connection, full size washer/dryer and fire table on both porch decks.

Looking for a change of scenery while working from home? There are plenty of places to pop up your laptop at Ridgeline Retreat! Comfy bar stools at the kitchen or game room bar are perfect. Or an office with a view sitting out on the porch! The high speed WiFi is perfect for remote working while enjoying the beautiful Blueridge Mountains.

Ridgeline Retreat includes access to Maggie Valley Country Club Amenities including: community pool, fitness center and tennis courts.

Main Level:

- Impressive vaulted ceiling great room with beautiful stone gas fireplace, 55” Smart TV, Cable, games, DVD movies, and DVD BlueRay Player

- Fully equipped kitchen with dining area with 6 chairs and a bench and bar seating for 2

- Master suite with king bed, beautiful stone fireplace with sitting area and 50” Smart TV. (Fireplace in master is currently not running)

- Master bathroom with separate shower and jetted soaking tub

- Laundry room

- Guest bedroom with queen bed, private access to second bathroom

- Access to covered open deck with long range mountain views, beautiful wood rockers and a gas fire table

Lower Level:

- Spacious game room and lounge area with pool table, shuffle board table, dart board, PacMan/Galaga video game station, games, DVD movies, beautiful stone gas fireplace, comfy seating area and 55” Smart TV, DVD Player

- Bar area with ice maker and beverage refrigerator

- 2 car garage (door can be opened from wall button on the inside, remote are not available)

- Guest bedroom with 2 twin beds

- Full bathroom

- Bunk room with hickory log twin bunk beds (No window- room has second door to garage)

- Access to covered deck with long range mountain views, hot tub, comfy outdoor seating with sofas and Adirondack chairs and a gas fire table

Children are welcome. We love kids and ask that parents monitor their kids to ensure they are taking care of our home and not causing damage. We have the following to help our families with young children:
- 2 baby gates are located in the master bedroom closet
- 2 pack and plays are located in the master and downstairs guest bedroom closet
- 1 high chair is in the garage

* A security system is in place, outdoor cameras located outdoors only.

** Even with paved roads, if traveling between Jan-March, snow covered roads can be slippery. We recommend having all-wheel drive or 4-WD for snow covered roads.

*** There is no TRASH pickup on the mountain. There is a trash center less that 15min from the house on the way to Waynesville. Guests are asked to dispose of their trash at the trash center (details in the welcome guide) or coordinate with the owners to have all trash disposed of for an additional fee (if more than 3 bags).

DON’T FORGET the LONG RANGE MOUNTAIN VIEWS from the two expansive porches!!

Easy check-in: keyless entry with door access code. No need to stop and pick up keys.

Additional notes

There is no TRASH pickup on the mountain. There is a trash center less that 15min from the house on the way to Waynesville. Guests are asked to dispose of their trash at the trash center (details in the welcome guide) or coordinate with the owners to have all trash disposed of for an additional fee (if more than 3 bags).

House Rules

- Care: This is our family vacation home and we love sharing it with others. Please take care of it and leave it in the condition you found it.
- No Smoking
- No Parties
- Septic Tank: The property is on septic, please do not pour grease down sinks/disposal or flush anything other than toilet paper provided down toilets
- No Pets
- Garbage: All trash must be removed from the home at checkout. If guests are unable to take their remaining trash at checkout, they can coordinate having it removed for an extra fee (if more than 3 bags).
- Guests: No more than 8 guests
- Maggie Valley Country Club Amenities Access Cards: There will be 2 access cards available for our guests. The replacement fee for any lost cards is $25 per card.
